1. Save your School’s Email
Address file to your newly created School Email Addresses Mailbox. If you do not have this done, click here for instructions.
2. Open the School Email Address
Mailbox


3. Open the saved Email Address File that I sent you.

4. With your mouse; highlight the group below that you want
to send a mass email to. (do not include the heading)
5. Select "Edit" on the top
menu; Scroll and select "Copy"
This will save these address to your clipboard.


6. Go to your imail; and select
"Compose"
7. In the "To" field of the
email; click your mouse so you see a blinking cursor

8. Paste in the email address(es)
you copied by selecting "Edit" on the top menu; Scroll down and
select "Paste"
The rest is the same as sending a regular email.
Note: If copying and pasting emails from
this file is going to take you awhile (especially in the beginning as you get comfortable
with it) may want to type the email first to avoid being timed out.
The other option you may want to
exercise to avoid being timed out when typing longer emails, is to copy
the text of your email message before clicking the “Send” button. To do this, highlight the body of your email, and click Edit, Copy, before
pressing Send. This way if you are
timed out, you will not lose your work!
Then you must re-login and press Edit, Paste.
