How to add your school’s group email address book to your Imail Account

 

 

  1. Email me:  bushcarrie@smyrna.k12.de.us and request that your school’s emaail address file be sent to you.

 

2.  Create a mailbox in Imail called “School Email Addresses”  To do this:

 

    1. Log onto Imail, Click on the arrow next to Personal Account Options, scroll down and select “Manage Mailboxes”

 

    1. Type “School Email Addresses” into the Create a Mailbox field.  Click “Create”

 

  1. Once you receive the email back to me,  open it up and on the bottom right of the screen, click “Move to” and select your new mailbox called “School Email Addresses” This is where this document will stay permanently for your use.

 

 

 Now whenever you need an email address, you can open this saved email to copy and paste the address or addresses into your email.
